Margretheholms Harbour

Lynetten - marina in Copenhagen

Margretheholms Havn - perhaps better known under the name Lynetten - is Denmark's largest privately owned port. It was built with bare hands at a time when there was a great shortage of boat berths in Copenhagen. That is why the spirit is completely different here at Margretheholms Havn, characterized by coziness and togetherness. With its location on Rehfshaleøen, where the entire area is undergoing rapid development, the marina is a special haven. In particular, the interest in sailing attracts many Christianshavn residents to the peninsula every year.

The marina is run by Sejlklubben Lynetten and has space for 700 boats. The sailing club makes the two clubhouses available to the harbor's visitors - also the sailing lounge with the large terrace and beautiful view over Refshaleøen. Here is most of what sailors need. Boat equipment shop, restaurant, towing area, crane, etc. For the children, a bouncy castle that you blow up yourself when you want to play.

Close to the harbor is the Opera, Christianshavn, Tivoli and the rest of Copenhagen. All right at the feet of the sailors and easy to visit. Either on foot or by bus. Welcome to Margretheholms Havn and Sejlklubben Lynetten.
Please note that work is taking place in connection with the construction of Lynetteholmen. The harbor should only be navigated during the day - follow the markings.
